“I lost 10 pounds! I actually got off the scale and stepped back on to see if I read the numbers correctly!”
I had to share with you the great results I’ve had with the Appetizer Diet Cookie www.YourCookieJar.com. I started the cookie about 8 days ago. I am consumed with food and the mornings are the worse for me, so I would eat half a cookie before breakfast, half a cookie before lunch and a cookie right before dinner.
I honestly didn’t notice if I was starting to eat less I was simply noticing that I could last longer between my munchie phases.
By the end of the week I was less focused on food, and I realized I was eating much less at mealtimes and not snacking at all.
I finally weighted myself at the end of the week and I had lost 10 pounds! I actually got off the scale and stepped back on to see if I read the numbers correctly.
My chocoholic daughter, Nora, started eating the diet cookies about 4 days ago.
She has one as a mid morning snack and one as an afternoon snack. I took her to lunch as a treat yesterday to her favorite noshery at the mall.
On the way out we passed a little bakery that sells cookies and brownies. I asked if she wanted to stop and get a brownie (her favorite treat) for the afternoon.
I nearly fainted when she said “No mom, I have an appetizer diet cookie in my purse so I’ll eat that!”
Nora has already lost 2 pounds and is looking forward to sharing the appetizer diet cookie with her soccer team.
